Shipping Info: We always send stuff via registered/insurred air mail. We are in Brazil. If you are overseas, it may take several weeks to some months to arrive. Registration numbers sent upon request. One thing is sure: in 20 years, we never failed an order.
Return Policy: If anything ever gets lost or damaged in the mail, which is rare, we just send it again to you, and then collect the insurrance. Deadline for making a claim at the local mail office is 3 months of sending.
